As the principal of Kuma Realty, Kush is responsible for all acquisition and asset management functions. Kush was previously a Vice President on the acquisitions team at Starwood Capital Group (~$115 billion AUM global real estate investment manager) focused on US investments across a variety of property types, geographies and strategies. Prior to Starwood, Kush was a Senior Associate on the equity, debt & structured finance team at Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC. Kush began his career working in corporate strategy at The TJX Companies and in high yield credit research covering the Retail and Services sectors for Putnam Investments.

Kush received a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Babson College, where he graduated first in his class.
